CONTACT COMMUNICATIONS was established by Johnny van Rooyen and Johan van Graan in 1986.

For the first two years their main business consisted of repairs on the following products:

• Televisions
• VCR'S
• Car radios
• Hi Fi's
• Microwave Ovens

During the 3 rd year CONTACT COMMUNICATIONS started with Two Way Radio Communications and obtained their first community repeater Licence in 1989.

Soon CONTACT COMMUNICATIONS became leaders in the RF Field and addressed communications problems in all fields.

In 1997 Johan van Graan left CONTACT COMMUNICATIONS and Johnny van Rooyen took over full control of the business.

November 2001 Johan Krüger took over full management of CONTACT COMMUNICATIONS as Johnny van Rooyen left South Africa to start a new communications company in Australia .

Johan Krüger was a former technician at CONTACT COMMUNICATIONS and is well acquainted with the area and capabilities of CONTACT COMMUNICATIONS.

CONTACT COMMUNICATIONS shows a very healthy growth of customers. Highly sophisticated and quality equipment are used on repeaters to ensure quality communications for better customer support. CONTACT COMMUNICATIONS became one of the largest communication companies in Mpumalanga.

The company own 33 repeaters on 14 different high sites (4. Repeater Sites) providing excellent coverage over large areas, from as far as Phalaborwa in the North, Maputo in the East, Carolina in the South and Belfast in the West.

CONTACT COMMUNICATIONS is the only service provider for Fleetcall in Mpumalanga providing services like:

CONTACT COMMUNICATIONS provide excellence service due to the fact that the company has highly qualified technicians, equipped with test equipment such as Marconi's, IFR's, Frequency counters, oscilloscopes, etc.

Added to the existing services we offer sales and repairs on Telemetry systems, Satellite communications, Weather stations, Solar and Wind turbine charging systems, Broadband Internet Service, Intercom systems and much more.

Our technicians are on 24 Hour standby in all weather conditions to keep all systems running.

From our well situated premises, which has become a landmark in the city, we are able to provide our customers with excellent service and ample parking.
